For nursing purposes and the happiness of my infant, I am considering going off dairy for a bit. But it seems like I live on milk, cheese, yogurt, and icecream. In fact, there is a whole freezer full of Tillamook Icecream (including a limited edition of Udderly Peanutbutterly) that my husband will have to eat without me. Amazing, the sacrifices one makes for their child. :)
Anyhow, this sketch keeps coming to mind as I contemplate my new "diet".
Watch, you may get a good laugh.
On another note: which is better?
Soy milk, Almond milk, rice milk, or just lactose free milk? I will need to do some taste testing.

Almond all the way!!! No yucky after taste. I would NOT drink soy milk just FYI it has some odd things going on, especially since you are nursing.
We love Brian Regan! Oh, wait--that wasn't the question...my sister swears by almond milk. If I drank milk, I might be able to give first hand advice...I had to lay off the dairy for Sophie, too.
I quit dairy with Charly and it helped her a lot. I slowly removed things from my diet, cause cold turkey was hard. Cheese was the hardest for me, cause there's no replacement.
I preferred soy over almond, definitely not lactose free. My fav was vanilla soy.
