Last Night

Last night we arrived home after a two week trip to Utah and Las Vegas.

As exhausted as we were, Jacob couldn't go to bed without spending ample time with favorite toys he missed so much while away.

Dad set up a fort and a camp-out light and he was all set.

I couldn't help but take pictures using my toy that I had missed so much while away.

Glad to be home but we miss everyone already.

I'm too tired to post about the trip today... but hopefully soon...

February Loves

February has always been a favorite of mine. Maybe because....

January is finally over.

It's the month of pink hearts, chocolate, and love notes.

It is when I start to feel the first hints of spring in the wind and rain.

AND It's my birthday month.

Working hard on my photobooks.

Mypublisher has been having AMAZING sales and discounts lately.

I am actually taking the time to try out new recipes from our fabulous Bodell Family cookbook.

So grateful I come from a family of amazing cooks.

I guess because I don't live in Utah, I'm a little behind on this one- but this music has been making me smile lately.

Received these books as gifts from my parents and they have been AWESOME! I am studying Alma right now, and actually understanding it for the first time.

Just cause I have to snack all the time. Not normally a nut person, but enjoy this mixy.

And for TV... I love these two shows. Drama and comedy.

Both celebrating the bonds of family.

And lastly, this hilarious iPhone App. Balloonimals. We were just introduced to this a week ago, but Jacob is hooked. In a good and fun way. :)

This month I also LOVE modern medicine. Thank you anti-biodics for miraculously curing my child's horrible double ear infection that was so bad even I was crying. I'm also a big fan of the generic for Zofran right now. Let's hope February will be the month for my morning sickness to magically disappear.

Other reasons to love February this year? A big trip to Utah to visit both my family and Stephen's!
