Why not spend your birthday at the Happiest Place on Earth? Sounds perfect to me!! Stephen was lucky enough to get the day off, so the three of us headed off to Disneyland for the day...
It was Jacob’s first real trip to Disneyland- where we actually spent more than an hour’s time there....
We thought Peter Pan’s Flight would be the perfect First Ride..... but somehow we managed to forget how LONG the line takes!! Poor guy. Are we mean parents making him wait all that time?
I was happy to see him “get into the ride” by putting his tiny hands on the handle bars as soon as it started. He was all business!
One minute after the ride....
Two minutes after the ride.... that was exhausting!

First ride on the Train.... (Did you know that Disneyland is starting to run their train and several other rides on fuel made from left-over grease used in their restaurants? Pretty “green” of them!)
Because I have an Annual Pass I got a 70 dollar gift card to use on my birthday. I got this cute new mickey and minnie comic strip sweatshirt, a stuffed Mickey for Jakey, and a delicious birthday carmeled apple! Sweet!
I may be turning 26 but I’ll always be a kid at Disneyland!
